Created and managed yearlong direct marketing campaign. Created the plan, the budget, the calendar, the materials and supervised the implementation.
2007-2008 marketing year: because of the success in the previous year, we have been given the same responsibility (with a larger budget). Currently rolling out first phase of an eight-month direct marketing program.
Medium sized Gold Certified ISV - Southwest US
Lead recruiting efforts to find news sales people (outside and inside positions) PLUS Vice President Sales and Marketing.
Assisted CEO in focusing sales and marketing strategy on the vertical that will help them climb to the next sales level. Up to that point, the company has been "shot gunning" in horizontal directions and only being mildly successful.

This ISV organization has a solid, in-house marketing team in place. We work on projects they simply can't get done.or on the "big picture" stuff needed to position the firm in new and existing marketplaces. Sometimes it takes someone from outside your home perspective to see the right direction.
Medium sized partner - Ohio
We've done several projects for this multi-office partner - from a new corporate brochure and branding graphics "look" to redesign of their tradeshow booths, media ads, special print pieces, etc. Working with their marketing director and in-house marketing specialist, we're there when they need us.
