When our clients receive bills for outside work done through the agency, they instantly know the amounts match bid or quoted prices from the vendors.

Since our beginning we have forwarded vendor invoices to clients for direct payment. These "pass-through" bills carry a rubber stamp and the initials "JM."

Those initials mean that Jo McCrory, our accounting manager, has checked the vendor's bill against the bid for correct quantities and prices. Although unintentional, vendors do make mistakes. Jo catches them all, unintentional or not.

She's scrutinized bills at Advertising Marketing since 1987. It's a challenging job, but one she enjoys because of the rewards. In more than 13 years, by her estimation Jo has saved our clients and vendors literally thousands of dollars. And besides checking over vendor invoices, Jo prepares our payroll, so we all have to be nice to her. We just can't figure out how she can afford all the jewelry and designer clothing she buys and the lavish vacations she takes every year.

Jo and her husband, Jack, have two adult children and four grandchildren, all of whom dress very well.
